founder and president is Yener Tugay who has 20 years
of professional experience in multinational companies
in Turkey and abroad. Also the other members of the EKSER
DANIŞMANLIK's team of consultants and trainers are highly
professional and experienced.

help companies manage change, by providing them with result
oriented solutions for their needs.

INSPIRATIONAL FINANCE (IFL)
IFL delivers generic and bespoke business
simulations that help participants think creatively
about their decision making and the impact that this has
on the financial performance of the business. Company
designs both "board based" and "computer aided" business
simulations.
RIGHT MANAGEMENT (RMC)
RMC helps organisations in Transition &
Outplacement Services during or after a downsizing
operation. Company helps clients to understand their
skills and needs and trains in applying for job openings.

"Training" constitutes about 60% of the
total turnover.
Training:
EKSER DANIŞMANLIK first of all establishes
the training needs of individuals and companies and then
provides them with the right training programs. The training
programs are leaded by professionals who have a solid
job experience and the learning can be easily applied
on the job. The seminars cover leadership / management,
